Please join us for a live workshop for parents and their daughters (suggested ages 9-12) called Cycle Prep, hosted by Christina Valenzuela.
This engaging presentation covers anatomy and the menstrual cycle, teaching girls practical tips on how to navigate these changes with positivity and to create a Culture of Care for one another. It blends accurate, age-appropriate biology with sound teaching on the dignity and goodness of our bodies.
Cycle Prep is pediatrician-reviewed, and was a Finalist in the 2021 Our Sunday Visitor Innovation Challenge. The program has gained national recognition in dioceses across the United States, including an upcoming feature with the NFP Program at the USCCB. Christina is a certified NFP instructor and the owner of Pearl & Thistle, LLC, where she offers lifelong learning programs to help Catholics grow in body literacy. www.pearlandthistle.com
