Father Michael is so grateful to and for the many "Bible Friends" who have faithfully attended our Bible Study sessions since September, whether they have done so in-person on Monday afternoons or via zooming on Monday evenings. Our exploration of the Old Testament Book of Deuteronomy is completed with both Wrap-Up Sessions on December 16th. Then, both sessions will take a well deserved break to celebrate Christmas and New Year. Both groups will then resume their meetings on Monday, 13 January 2025, which is the day after we celebrate the Lord's Epiphany. Next semester we will turn our attention to Eight New Testament epistles: the letter to the Hebrews, and the letters of James, Peter, John and Jude. Since we studied the letters of Saint Paul last springtime, this additional focus on these New Testament texts will allow us to continue our discussions of the development of early Christianity. All are welcome to join us ! You may ( "BYOB" ) = bring your own Bible - or borrow one of ours. Kindly call the NCC office to leave your email address if you would like to receive weekly updates with notes and study materials. It's your choice whether to join either the in-person meeting at Saint Patrick or the zooming option.
